On our servers, in a Postgres database. CTA arrival data is requested on-demand from the Chicago Transit Authority's public APIs — we don't proxy your identity to them.

On the Loop surfaces arrival times from the Chicago Transit Authority's public APIs. The data can be late, wrong, or missing. Don't use it as your only signal for time-sensitive trips.
This is an independent project. We are not the Chicago Transit Authority, we don't speak for them, and we don't guarantee their data.
Don't scrape us. Don't use the service to send spam. Don't try to break things. If you do, we'll cut off your access.
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll note it at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
